As an exclusive use venue, you have private access to all of Canvas during your party. We are located within a short drive of the Orange County Convention Center and the Orlando International Airport. Event & Party Venue for Rent in Orlando
Canvas spreads out over 20,000 sq. ft. of event space. A 10,000 sq. ft. gallery provides the primary indoor area, with a 3,700 sq. ft. second-floor mezzanine up above. Outside, a 5,500 sq. ft. patio lets guests get fresh air and enjoy the Florida sun or an evening breeze. Up to 1,500 guests can mix and mingle at Canvas. For a seated meal, we can comfortably accommodate 500 guests. Draperies and dividers can “shrink” the space and make it more intimate for smaller groups. The ceiling is rigged with LED wash lights and theatrical lights and can be used to suspend décor or drapery.
LED wash lights lets you illuminate the space in a rainbow of colors or create a custom light monogram with a logo, initials, or words. Behind the scenes, a 900 sq. ft. catering prep area for the cooks and servers will simplify dining logistics. A loading dock makes it easy for all your décor and furniture to be unloaded. A private parking lot with 120 spaces makes arrival easy for your guests, and ADA-accessibility makes Canvas an inclusive and inviting venue for all.
